STRICT AND ENFORCED 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us and time is reserved specifically for you and your Service Provider. While we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations by calling the Salon at (410) 721-3600.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, our Service Providers miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours or more in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment booked weeks or months ago. Since services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. You may be asked for a credit card on file in order to book. All credit card information is encrypted and secure.
- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
-“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Clients who make appointments within the 24-hour period but need to cancel, must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our Service Provider's schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
CONFIRMATION MESSAGES
As a courtesy, we will TEXT MESSAGE or CALL you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please pay close attention to the confirmation TEXT MESSAGE wording to ensure your reply is to either confirm or request rescheduling, as your appointment is automatically updated within the system. A follow-up phone call may be done if we do not receive a confirmation from our first outreach attempt.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fee. If you need to double-check your appointment date/time, please call the Salon at (410) 721-3600.
RETAIL RETURNS
We want you to be happy with any home care products that you purchased from us. If you are unhappy with a product that was purchased at our Salon, we would love the opportunity to exchange that product with something to better suit your needs. For a product refund and/or exchange, the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refund will match the original purchase price.
Extension hair is non-refundable.
GUESTS ON SALON FLOOR
To respect the safety, security, and workspace of our Service Provider's and neighboring Staff, we kindly request no more than 1 Guest per Client accompany them to the salon floor during their scheduled appointment. Exceptions are permitted for children needing to be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. However, as a courtesy to other Staff members, all other Guests accompanying a Client to their scheduled appointment are kindly asked to wait in our Reception area until checkout.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
A gift certificate may be redeemed for any service and/or retail product. All certificates are saved to client files in case your physical certificate is lost or misplaced. All gift certificates have a 1 year expiration from the date of purchase.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
Our goal as Service Providers is for our clients to leave happy and satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with any results, notify management within 6 DAYS of your initial appointment. We're happy to make any adjustments complimentary within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. We do not offer refunds of drives due to our industry requiring our Service Provider's time.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, personal checks, and wireless pay such as Apple or Samsung Pay. Our card reader charges a 3% fee for all card processing types.
